Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT (as applicable).
We accept payments through our authorized and secure channels, including GCash, Bank Transfer, and In-Store payments (Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks).
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or payment issues are suspected.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email or message.This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.Once payment is verified and the product is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pickup Confirmation.
Returns, Refunds, & Warranty
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 7 days from receipt if the product is unused, in original packaging, complete with accessories, and accompanied by the official receipt. Returns are only applicable for factory defects and must have no physical damage.

This includes 2 years parts warranty and 1 year carry-in service warranty, covering manufacturer defects only.
Other products come with standard 1-year warranty depending on the brand and manufacturer policy.
Replacement Policy

System Units: 1 Month Outright Replacement

Individual Parts: 7 Days Outright Replacement (for factory defects with complete packaging)
Warranty Claims
Please bring the defective item and sales invoice to the store for technical inspection. A Job Order Form (JO) will be issued for warranty processing.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or processed.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraud.
