We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates on this page.

Products & Services

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items available for sale, discontinue any product, or change product pricing at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display the most accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images, but we do not guarantee that product details are error-free.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT (as applicable).
We accept payments through our authorized and secure channels, including GCash, Bank Transfer, and In-Store payments (Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks).

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or payment issues are suspected.

Payment Methods

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email or message.This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.Once payment is verified and the product is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pickup Confirmation.

Returns, Refunds, & Warranty

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 7 days from receipt if the product is in like-new condition, in original packaging, complete with accessories, and accompanied by the official receipt. Returns are only valid for factory defects.

Returns are not accepted for items with physical damage, misuse, tampered serial numbers, liquid damage, or change of mind. Item changes may be considered subject to management approval.

Replacement Policy

  • 7-Day Outright Replacement for items with confirmed factory defects.

  • Item must be returned complete with packaging and accessories.

  • Replacement is subject to technical verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Software, digital licenses, and consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cables, inks) are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

Warranty Coverage

We provide 1-Year In-Store Carry-In Warranty for parts and service. After 1 year, items may still be covered under distributor or manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand and product type. Processing of distributor warranty claims may require a service fee.

2-Year Limited Warranty (Selected Items)

The following components are covered by 2 Years Limited Parts Warranty:

CPU

Motherboard

RAM

SSD / HDD

Video Card (GPU)

Monitor

Coverage includes 2-Year Parts Warranty and 1-Year In-Store Service Warranty, applicable for manufacturer defects only.

Warranty Claims

Bring the defective item and sales invoice to the store for inspection. A Job Order Form (JO) will be issued. Lost invoices may be reissued with a ₱100 processing fee.

Warranty Process

Defective items will be evaluated by the supplier or manufacturer. If the item is out of stock, it may be replaced or upgraded, with the customer paying the price difference if applicable.

Replacement units follow the remaining warranty period of the original item. Processing may take 30 days or more.

All original boxes and accessories must be returned when claiming replacements or upgrades. Items not claimed within 90 days after notification will be forfeited.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or processed.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraud.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased from us.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We are not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
