Design & Build Quality
The AULA F99 is built with a durable ABS plastic case and features an ergonomic design for comfortable, extended use. The keycaps are a Cherry profile and in some variants, made from durable PBT. The keyboard is highly customizable, thanks to its hot-swappable sockets (compatible with 3-pin and 5-pin switches) and vibrant North-Facing RGB backlight which offers multiple effects to personalize your desktop aesthetic.
The robust construction and thoughtful internal design, which includes sound-dampening foam, ensure a responsive feel and a consistent, pleasant typing sound right out of the box.

Gasket Structure

Five Layers of Sound-Improving Materials
Equipped with five layers of sound-dampening materials, the AULA F99 enhances its typing acoustics. The combination of sandwich foam, IXPE switch pad, PET sound-improving film, bottom foam, and silicone case pad helps eliminate echoes and provides a pure typing sound with a stable and comfortable typing feel.
Flex-Cut 1.2mm Hotswappable PCB and PC/FR4 Plate
The F99 features a single-slot flex-cut PCB and PC/FR4 plate, designed to avoid unwanted noise and deliver a softer typing feel. The PC plate is more flexible than aluminum or stainless steel, contributing to a deeper and more satisfying sound. FR4 is softer than aluminium, and provides a neutral sound profile. The hotswappable PCB allows for easy switch replacements without soldering, enabling users to customize their typing experience with their favorite switches.
